Abstract:

Summaries from the WSIS Forum 2012 participants and stakeholders meetings. Themes include using ICT as a tool for sustainable development, cybersecurity, financial contribution to ICT and sustainable development. ICTs have created positive opportunities but at the same time, opportunities for misuse of ICTs. Governance of cyberspace is necessary with a shared responsibility sector-specific policy cybersecurity.
