Trade and Environment Bulletin No.13: WTO Trade and Environment Committee continues discussing proposals on recommendations for the Singapore Ministerial Meeting and the post-Singapore work programme

At its meeting on 24-25 July 1996, the WTO Committee on Trade and Environment (CTE) continued discussion of issues and proposals covering all Items of its work programme. Several new papers were presented at the meeting, dealing with environmental reviews of trade agreements, trade and environment principles, eco-labeling, trade measures applied pursuant to multilateral environmental agreements MEAs, market access and TRIPs.
