Abstract:
National information security policies are essential to developed nations. Investigates dominant factors that need to be addressed in such policies. Reviews national information security policies of following countries: USA, Malaysia, Australia, Canada, China, and European Union. Considers common and non-common policy considerations among the countries to deliver a generic framework incorporating all dominant factors. Presents a guide for improving existing national information security policies for underdeveloped nations.
