Abstract:
Describes the basic tenets of the Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC) from the perspective of the United States Air Force. Posits that the rules of conduct presented in LOAC provide a sufficient blueprint for addressing war within the cyber realm. Recognizes that the age of cyber war is still in its proverbial infancy stages. It is more important now, however, to concentrate our resources now in developing a flexible doctrine for managing cyber warfare in the future.
