San Luis Obispo County - Air Pollution Control District

The APCD has the primary responsibility for controlling emissions from stationary sources of air pollution. These sources vary from a power plant and refinery, to the corner gas station and dry cleaner. The APCD is also involved in reducing pollution from mobile sources, which include motor vehicles of all types.
